BAOSHISHAN Product Description The CVG is used to puncture the seamed can through the top of the can with the piercing needle, the rubber collar forming a temporary seal to allow for measurement, and the vacuum gauge indicates the vacuum pressure of the can Technical parameter 1.Measuring range:-0.1-0Mpa Equal to -15-0 Psi 2.Resolution:0.005Mpa 3.Precision:±2.5% (i.e.±0.0025Mpa ) Operation method of CVG-200 1.Put the can on the test platform, hold it by your left hand; 2.Unscrew the tightening screw, adjust the distance between the piercing head (with rubber collar) and the sample can; 3.Adjust until the distance between the rubber collar and the sample can is 2-3mm, and the red handle is parallel the base; 4.Hold the sample can by your left hand,depress the handle by your right hand and the piercing needle is forced through the top of the can.The rubber collar forms a temporary seal to allow for measurement (the handle can be released). The vacuum pressure and read the value when the pointer become stable. Maintenance 1.After measuring a batch of sample,rinse the piercing head with clean water and do not leave any solid substances or liquid (except clean eater) 2.When the vacuum gauge is not working, it is suggested to put the rubber collar on the piercing head for protection.
